Within 10 days of purchase, we provide free returns.

You have 10 days after receiving your purchase to request a return in exchange for store credit.Your item must be returned with all tags attached and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. No evident signs of wear or use are allowed on returned items.

We'll email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is approved. We will not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Product Defect and Damage:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and call us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item, so that we can assess the situation and provide you with advice on how to proceed.

Exchanges:

When shopping online, keep in mind that color may vary somewhat from screen to screen and from product to product. Returning the item, you have and then making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest approach to ensure you receive what you want.

Please contact support@swiqatcrafts.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you desire to return, and the item(s) you wish to swap with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to exchange with.

Items may be mailed for exchange once our Customer Service Team has authorized them. Please send your item(s) to SWIQAT CRAFTS, Marrakech, Morocco, along with your Order Confirmation number, after your exchange has been granted.

Refunds:

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly reimbursed. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
