Free Shipping within Morocco:

For orders above 1000 DHS, free local delivery is available in Marrakech, Fes, Rabat, and Casablanca.
For orders under 1000 DHS, a delivery fee of 65 DHS will apply.

International Shipping:

We ship all orders internationally via FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product's weight at checkout. Please note that it may take us a day or two to properly package and ship your item. Once shipped, it will take the exact time mentioned in the shipping details provided.

Import Charges and Taxes:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We cover any cases of unusually long delays or loss in transportation with a free reshipment or refund. However, you must contact the carrier first if the order is delayed at a local post office. Incorrect shipping information disqualifies eligibility for reshipment or refund.
